I have dial-up (Tiscali) and Tesco (Panda) security. Recently when trying to click on "This is Spam" on OE, OE has seized up (I can still access IE). It is then possible to just delete spam, but not report it. I have now downloaded MailWasher Free (which I have tried before) and this seems to work OK - but - after intial spam clearing after connection to the web, it reports on subsequent visits in the same session that the computer is not connected to the internet - which it is! I then have to swith off and restart. Where am I going wrong here???
