Hi All,
all of a sudden i get error 691when trying to connect to Tiscali broadband, it is set to dial automatically, it has been ok till 2 days ago but now if i want to connect to the internet I have to dial manually even so I get error 624 with message saying windows cannot overwrite phone book, dont know what that means, anyway when I click ok the internet connection is established.My OS is window Vista Home Basic. My question is , is it ok to uninstall the modem software and reinstalling it.I am still waiting for a reply From Tiscali. Perhaps some body can advise me on the subject.

Lots of problesm with Tiscali, the connection keeps discconecting alot recently and I still struggle half the time to really tell what speed my net is gong at.
