What's the difference between those two things except the fact that with a usage limit you know exactly when you'll get cut off and with the second O2 will decide without telling you?

o2's broadband deals seem a good price if you're on their mobile tariff but if your not then there's better deals out there IMO.
What's their quality of service like, would be good to hear some feedback on them.
For a speed test try www(dot)thinkbroadband(dot)com/speedtest.html and let us know how good/bad they are!

My contract started about 2 weeks ago. They provide a wireless router free + speed upto 8meg + other bits & pieces of extras, NO DEPOSIT, NO FEES, nothing and i really havent had any problems. i mean in 2 weeks not once my internet was down though 2 weeks is less to judge their services but i still have 100 days money back.
here is the link for more information : http://broadband.o2.co.uk/
cheers mate

its unlimited usage as well.
No it isn't. It has a 'fair usage' policy which is another name for a limit on the usage. You try and download a 100gb a day for a couple a days and watch the clamp come down.
