Hi there,
Im having a tough time with my scanner,Ive been using it for years no problem,then suddenly,I get an error message,saying that the driver is not compatible with XP?so I went to Trusts site,downloaded a driver that was compatabe,although I have the original disc and Trust told me that it is compatable,I hit the install anyway button and the computer crashes/blue screen?
I have tried everything,it keeps on crashing.
The only thing I can think of is I changed my anti-virus program from P/C Chillin to Kaspersky????
Also an error message I get it that Windows does not recognize that certificate?
Can someone please help me out here please?

Try a System Restore to a point before you had the problem.
If you have been using the scanner for years without a problem, it's fair to say it's not the driver which you have relied on in the past.
Any recent changes may hold the key.

I will try that,later,after I saved everything.
The actual problem error message say' ""this program has not passed logo testing?
Anyone else have this ?
