To find out the quantity of something when converted to an equivalent, just use the Google search engine.
For instance, you can type '10 pounds in Euros' and it will come back to you with the current conversion rate. Or, how about '50 cm in inches', giving the answer as 19.6850394 inches.
Even though I used the UK version of Google it sometimes gives quirky U.S. measurements though. So be aware that '1 UK gallon in litres' gives '1 Imperial gallon = 4.54609188 litres' otherwise just typing in '1 gallon in litres' results in the American '1 US gallon = 3.7854118 litres'.
Having said that, well worth toying around with until you get the hang of. Did you know that '13 stone 4 lbs in kilos' is actually '84.3681808 kilograms'.
All-in-all a pretty useful conversion trick to know.
