Hi, Anyone know how to cure this ? I downloaded the free version of Adobe Reader v8 successfully. When I come to install it, I can't get past the "Agree/Not Agree to Terms" page. I click on the "Agree" button, it depresses, but nothing happens. Anyone got any answers ?

Can't say for sure but are you even looking at the Terms & Conditions ? Maybe if there is a scrollbar in the Terms & Conditions dialog box then it recognises that you ain't read anything. Scroll down and then click next, it may work.

I upgraded today and it overwrites the old program No EULA seen
Suggest you do an uninstall and then Download a fresh up to date copy from http://filehippo.com/download_adobe_acrobat_reader/
And yes you will have to reregister. TIP If there is a check for updates box shown leave that ticked, and a message icon appears by the clock if an update is ready for you? In future just click that and It updates in a trice NO fiddling around with the profile ect The lateat version is Ver 8.1.1, dated end of October

Unless you particularly love Adobe products could I suggest you have a look at Foxit Reader . Compared to Acrobat reader the Foxit job is fast, efficient, and trouble-free. It's a freebie and McAfee gives it a clean bill of health. .
