Laptop wont start up says harddrive failure imminent

Everytime i try to start my laptop comes up saying hard drive failure imminent and the following fault

\windows\system32\config\system

Please help as all my work stuff is on it and i cant afford to lose 180 hours of work, and yes i know my own fault for not backing up

As it's a work machine I would suggest your best course of action is to use a company who specialise in data recovery from damaged hard disks. It will cost you but at least you'll get your data back.
