hi there all,
i have a quick question, how do you turn the colour of the text to a different colour??
for example if you outcome is negitive the number will automaticly turn red.
any help would be great.

Highlight the cell or group of cells in question then choose Format, Cells, Number, Number then choose Negative Numbers shown in red. At least that's how you do it in Excel 2003.
