Hi there....I have a digital camera and take it to most places with me hence I have an awful amount of photos. When I view them I like to use the slide show format in Powerpoint, as I can then burn these shows onto a cd and send to my family. However this doesn't allow me to insert background music of any length. Does anyone know of any decent software that I could use that would do similar to Powerpoint but let me add music.

There's plenty of software, Ulead Video 7 for one, but if you're OS is XP then for free download Movie Maker 2, this runs in conjuction with Media Player 9.
Movie Maker 2 is ideal for creating your slideshow with music added, plus loads of effects and transitions to create the illusion of a video presentation.
