Don't know if I'm in the right place but here it goes...
I download alot, usually by torrents using Utorrent program I can't get a green light it's always either yellow or red which means something is wrong with the router or firewall and my dl speed is down sometimes...
I believe it's router because I have a new computer but the same router I used with my old one and the same message appears.
I forwarded the ports following instructions at portforward.com. I used to have Siemens Gigaset router which worked great and I never had problems with it... Now I have Zyxel prestige 600 series and problems began... But the real problem is that my ISP service changed my Zyxel router with the same model and still the problem occurs.
I have no idea what to do, I hope someone could help me!?

Have you checked your ports for the Utorrent application that you have? They have to match those wanted by the router.
Definitely sounds like a router problem to me..Doubt it's your firewall if you've got it allowing full access
