My son has shown me how to do it will pics, but when I try to do it with the ITV pic, I pause and hold the pic, but when I rt clic, a box tell me it can't be done, in fact it says, "Function disabled".......... Or can it?

If you can pause the video and attempt to 'grab' a screenshot of a video it will probably just show a black screen when you open up the file because most players like WMPlayer and RealPlayer use hardware acceleration for some media files. It may work after altering a few settings. Control Panel | Display |Properties | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot set the slider to None. Below is capture I did with IrfanView. When you've captured the video image you require then you can crop out the player to save the picture.

If you disable Hardware acceleration your media players may not work properly so after completion of your tasks reset Hardware acceleration.
