After sending three Emails to Channel 4 with no response to any, I was wondering
if anybody could help me to obtain Channel 4 on demand web site on my computer.
I have downloaded the programme to my desktop, everything went ok, but when I
select & click on the Channel 4 icon nothing happens, not even an error message
appears,could this mean a fault on my computer ? 
If anybody can assist I would be very grateful, try to do the replies easy and
understandable as I am only a computer novice.

Part of the process of installing the 4oD software was the need to register with Channel 4. Following that registration they should send you an email asking you confirm that you want to register. Has that happened yet?
