I'm trying to find a deal for broadband and a phone line (or not if it isn't required i.e. for cable) that isn't on a 12 month contract as it will probably only be required until the end of January.
The Be Unlimited deal looks good, but that still requires me to take out a BT phone line, which will last 12 months, so this isn't ideal.
Are there any better solutions?

You've got basically 5 choices to receive Broadband - via a telephone line, a cable network, a two way satellite system, a mobile phone or if you a really lucky, a wireless hotspot. Both a telephone line and a cable connection will require a twelve month contract, two way satellite will be horrendously expensive, a mobile phone will be slow and expensive and I doubt your house is in a wifi hotspot. Time to choose.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.
