Router connection

I have a conitech cn405aprt54 wireless router and am having problems
I cannot connect to the internet with my wireless laptop or wired desktop
The signal from the router on the desktop says excellent and connected but I cannot connect to the router set up page or of course the internet.

Any ideas please

Who/Where did you get the router from? Because When I search, it goes into different languages.

You need to tell Internet Explorer to use a network to connect:

Click Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab.

Click the setu button, then follow the prompts thorugh using "set up connection manually" and "connect through a connection that is always on"
