adobe flash and acrobat cause disconnection
      #368578 - Mon Oct 15 2007 10:24 PM

I have a wireless LAN at home using a Realtek PCI card and a Netgear router. It normally works fine, but in the last few weeks, whenever I open a flash file e.g. on youtube, or a pdf, I lose my internet connection. If I click on the little monitor it says I have an excellent signal, but I am unable to get any data through the connection. If I avoid flash and pdf's I'm fine.

I've tried reinstalling flash and adobe reader but no joy. I've tried not using the realtek utility, but the windows XP one keeps flashing up "acquiring network address" and not connecting....help!!
