GlobespanVirata Dial-Up problem.

Hi!
Some days ago I un-installed my Globespan software from computer and now I want to install it again...
When I get the setup it immidately say it finished to instal and ask for restart.
It doing restart and then I get again the setup, and it says over and over again to make restart.

I remember that It happends some years ago and I deleted two files from registy and it succed to do it well, but I can't remeber what was those files..
What will I do?
