browser can not find website without the word 'www'
      #367313 - Thu Oct 04 2007 07:24 PM

hello, my home computer's browser can not find web address that do have 'www' in it. I have to manually add 'www' to the address each time I visit a site which does have the 'www' in the address.

Not sure if there is any setting that I can change so that the browser can recognizes the web address without 'www'

Many thanks for your help in advance.

What browser are you using? Is autocomplete turned on and working (IE)? Is history enabled, or not set to expire in a short time (FF)?

mart's site ...could be worse.
