Good evening,
My grandparents are going to have broadband installed and we get a free wireless router with the deal. There pc is a dell and about 18 months old. I do not recall it having wireless when we got it. I would like to know what to look for when I go to see them to discover if it is already wireless capable or whether I need to by a usb dongle. Thank you. Any advice re: usb dongle (if we need one) is very much appreciated.

Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections > Network connections.
Anyhting relating to wireless listed?
As for a USB adapter, it's usually best to get one the same brand as the router, but generally any will work.

OK OK I can't go any faster! aaaaaaaaaaaagh!
