Setting up a linksys wrv200 on ntl

Hi
Can anyone help i have just brought a new linksys wrv200 wireless router and i can not get it to configure to my ntl modem
I have spoken to ntl tech desk what a joke all they can tell me is it needs to be setup as DHCP WITH A PRIMARY DNS AND A SECONDARY DNS WITH A HOST NAME OF NTL.COM
Please can you help me as i am going around in circles
In the statues it tells me i have internet connection but when i go to the web it states no connection.

So, according to the Status menu your router is connected to the internet.

How are you connecting to the router? With a cable or wirelessly?

Have you run the setup wizard in Internet Exploerer to use a network connection?
