I just wondered if anyone here could help me with a solution to a broadband issue.
I have broadband installed in lots of remote locations and every now and again the connection to the internet is lost. The only way I know of getting this reconnected is to drive to the site and turn the power off and on again and I will then get a good few weeks use before the same happens.
Does anyone have any suggestions to save me driving all the time.
I have looked at remote reboot products that will allow me to dial into the system using my mobile, enter a pin and have the power recycled for me, but these dont seem to be available in the UK.
Maybe I am looking to hard and there is a much simpler solution to this ?
Oh and I forgot to mention, there is no PC on site either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
regards
Matt

I presume you are an IT professional working in a commercial environment. This forum is for personal users only. I will close this thread.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.
