The books to use in case you get stuck (and cannot use the Forums)
      #366304 - Mon Sep 24 2007 12:57 AM

We have all been in these scenarios...Computers crashed badly Dead computer,You have to replace a circuit board yet where is it located?

And to top it all you have no access to the web for a pointer from Uncle Google

Well Haynes have a range of easy to read (with Pictures) Books out on many computer related subjects mostly at £16 each But there must be many more out there from other publishers?
And I was wondering as there are many people who DIY or just curious can the Magazine run an article about the help/troubleshooting books which are in the bookshops as regards computers and the Web And may people are updating or getting a box of tricks they are unaware of its potential You never know when you'll need this help (and we on the Forums are helpless to assist you!)
