any attempt to update media player result in failure in the end

Hello,

does anyone know why I can't update media player to version 10 (or an update of the version). Every now and then ( once a week), it looks like the computer wants to install the same update every time but it fails in the end.

Why don't you try a manual instal of the latest version.... WMP 11 .
