Hello All, I'm using a Dell Laptop with Vista and OE7. An email appears to be loading continually and never gets to the end. I am able to read all the emails before this one, but cannot read any emails after and they are just piling up. Deleting it will not work until it has completed loading. I have exited outlook express and turned off the computer, but when I turn it on again the same email message is still loading. I would be grateful if anyone knows how to stop this or has any other ideas to put it right. Many Thanks in anticipation. Rashid.

You need to get on to your ISP's mail server. Who is your ISP?

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really?
Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Hi greysts, Many thanks for your prompt message in reply and for your interest in my problem. Broadband is TalkTalk and email provider is Zoom.com. I'm pleased to say that I solved the problem by going to Zoom.com where the messages were on the webmail site. I then deleted most of them and came back to outlook express where the rogue email had disappeared and everything was fine once more. From what you said I suspect that this was exactly what you were going to suggest. Many Thanks. rashid

You're right, that's exactly what I was going to say. Glad you're sorted.
