i got the router 3 months ago and set it up ok using a xp pc.i've now decided to change the location of the router it's now connected to a vista pc.
everything goes ok until 'restarting your network' ppage.the blue marks reaches the 100% and just stops.

What do you mean by 'installing the router'?

Are you running the supplied CD on your computer? If so, it may not be compatible with Vista.

You don't actually need to run the software to use a router. How are you connecting to it? Wired or wireless?

OK OK I can't go any faster! aaaaaaaaaaaagh!

Don't use the provided CD as it is not compatible, instead go to ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/wgt624v3_vista_res_cd_beta.zip and install the beta version for vista. Thereafter, download the updated firmwire from ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/wgt624v3_2_0_16_1_0_1ww.chk and manually log into the router through internet explorer and update.
