Friend of mine has a problem with his mail to a regular contact which I can't find an answer to, your help would be appreciated.
Both friend and contact have been corresponding regularily without any change in ISPs for quite some time. Friend always uses Outlook Express, contact uses Outlook. Contact reckons he's no longer receiving although other mail is arriving OK.
I advised using the reply feature, unfortunately this is not working either. Both reckon their Mail settings have not changed, Spam filters are checked daily without anything going astray.
Anyone able to point me in the direction please?

Question resolved. Contact using Outlook phoned his ISP - BT seeking an answer, he got one, my friend's name was in the Blocked Sender list. Contact reckons he did not know where the Blocked Sender box in Outlook was before.
There's been lots of toing and froing since I posted. Me searching and them waiting.
You couldn't make it up!
