Can anyone begin to tell me why my laptop will not connect to the internet even though it says I have excellent wireless signal strength. How can I get it connected. What do I need to do.
Kind regards
Brian

Hi
All depends on several things.
1) If you have a wired ethernet connection, do you get a connection to the internet OK? 2) If you go to the ip of the router, does the router show you as being connected to the intenet 3) On the settings of the router do you have an up and downl line speed displayed for example: UP 4096 down 256 usually displayed as 4096/256.
