My wife has been unable to log on to AOL for a couple of days now, when she does try she gets a message telling her she is already logged in on another user account on this computer.
I've checked all the user accounts and she isn't logged in anywhere else i've also ran task manager and checked all users that way.
If you can see the triangular AOL icon next to the clock rigt click on itand Click on One click fixes on the list Nust be preinstall

Try the second one first
If no joy you can always remake the connection by scrolling down to

Tis last one is a good starting point before you look at Modem drivers or connections
To activate any of these wizare press the tiny "Fix it for me" button

I would also say ring AOL on 0844 499 5555 <--- New Number! and tell them you want the account password resetting and they will give you a temporary password to log on if that is the case ...you can reset the password after you are online....Oh and Its the Person who pays the account who has to ask for it (Primary Master Name)
They can disable the account from their end too so Say somebodies Hijacked it they'll be cut off Tell them about your Phantom Screen Names Logged in
Who knows you could be back on-line in a few minutes?
