Incredimail freezing access violation

Hi i am having problems with Incredimail it keeps coming up with the following error message

Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 00000000
Faulting Offset: 0000F515
Module: IMApp.exe

0000F515 IMApp.exe

It just seems to freeze i am at a loss still waiting to hear back from VIP Support i have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version from their website i have also tried the repair option does anyone have an idea as to what the problem maybe i have been trying various anti spyware programs could these possibly cause a conflict this problem has only started recently the program has run fine for longtime before this happend.

The best thing you can do with Incredimail is delete it from your system. It leaves your PC wide open to infection, it uses far to much resource and, as you've found out, when it goes wrong you're on your own.

Hi yes you could be right however i have heard that Incredimail gets everywhere on your system know of any good programs that can rid of all of it.

Have a look at this for a full set of instructions on removing Incredimail. It certainly does seem to wind itself into the heart of your PC.

According to Incredimail themselves this should work but in fact that only removes a bit of it. You have to run this first before going onto the link above.

You may want to run IncrediConvert first.
