Adding URL to Directory

Recently I have been adding my URL to some Directory's.

For the Title I write it as: Mount Everest The British Story . Nearly all the directory's except that as my title but some reject it and say the following:

'Title is not unique in the parent category'

Can someone please let me know what that means? Ta!

It's just that you've already submitted it and it's in their database, although it may not have been approved.
