No Picture on AVI. File

Hi
I have downloaded a movie but all I get is sound - I am playing in in Windows Media Player 11 and it is an avi. file. Confused! Help if you can. I can normally play avi. files fine so am wondering if there is something else I need to do for this particular file......?
