Why in this computer age,and especially with an ISP who does nothing else but provide computer usage, does it take 5 days to get your MAC code? Surely this should arrive in your Inbox within sat an hour or two. Poss I am being too smart and for security reasons it does require a degree of waiting.

I have just got my MAC code from Tiscali, as we are swapping over to Sky B/B. Tiscali told me it would take 1-5 days to receive the MAC code, said I could receive it by email, Text message or post (not a good idea ATM). Requested it by Text message and it arrived in about 2 hours.
Don't know if there is a general regarding MAC codes tbh.

aol don't know what a mac code is, when i was moving my grandparents as aol was no good for them, it took me about 30 phone calls just to get one that worked
