My daughters and myself use the facility of Picassa web albums to avoid sending a large amount of family photos via email.
One particular album I wanted to download to My Pictures folder so I clicked on the download album link. According to Picassa instructions to pictures will be downloaded to a folder in My Pictures.
However, what I get is a "External Protocol Request" asking me to download some picassa feed. At the bottom of the link is a warning that if I was not expecting this to consider it to be malicious. Well I was not expecting this so I didn't do anything.
This warning does not appear if I wish to download individual pictures.
Has anyone any experience of this and is it malicious?

It appears to be a Firefox problem. I used IE7, which i do not usually use, and the photos were downloaded as per the picasa instruction.
I'm assuming, therefore, that the External Protocol request may not be mailicious.
Do think I am correct?
