Can't download quicker than 30kbs why when i have fast speeds?????

My speed test reads upload 340kbs and download 240kbs but yet can only download and upload at 30kbs why is this??????

Which speedtester are you using? 240kbps is slow. Its important that if youre in the UK then you use a speedtester with a UK server.

also make sure you look carefully at the results - a small b indicates bits, whilst a large B indicates Bytes. Theres 8 Bytes in a bit.
Therefore 30 KB/Sec = 240 kbps.
