Opening WebPlus .WPP files
      #355864 - Wed Jul 04 2007 05:09 PM

A mate has e-mailed his website to me as a single .WPP file.

I design my sites using Notepad, so don't have a copy of Serif's Web Plus software.

Does anybody know of a way that I can view his website from my PC's hard-disk without buying Web Plus? I see that V6 is available for free on download.com, but it probably won't open more recent sites.

You're probably right RE v6. Your friend probably needs to export the site out of WebPlus and send the resulting file(s)/folders.

Thanks for the replies.

I was hoping to avoid having to ask my mate to do anything "technical" like exporting to HTML. Also, I didn't know whether this WebPlus program would export to HTML anyway. I'll call him tomorrow, and see what he can do.
