This is more a question rather than asking for help. When the weather is bad, heavy rain bad enough to affect you sky TV reception. does anyone loose their Internet connection? I am and it is annoying especially if you are listening to say live football on-line this is the first ISP that I have had this trouble with, AOL & NTL were dial up so didn't get it, neither did I with wanadoo (orange) but with F2S it has been going on for about 9 months when there is bad weather
I had the same problem a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the wire from my house to the pole was damaged and let water in,a BT engineer came out found the fault replaced the wire.
Thanks will email ISP to see what they have to say (like to keep all my replies in print, or lack of if they know about something and don't want to do anything about it)
