Disabling MSN from starting-up

I thought I had stopped MSN from loading when I start-up by removing it from the start-up log. But I find that once I've used it again, it has put itself back into the start-up file. Is there a permanent way to stop it doing this?

Open MSN Messenger > Tools > Options > General > Remove tick from auto Sign In when you log into Windows.
