Hi,
I have a problem on a site I am design where the Flash menu stops working correctly after the user has refreshed the page a few times. It works fine in IE6, Firefox and Safari, but not in Internet Explorer 7.
The menu has four links, ‘practice’, ‘projects’, ‘contact’ and ‘home’. If you follow the links under ‘projects’ everything seems to work fine until you move from the first project to the second. Then the links ‘practice’ and ‘projects’ disappear. Can anyone offer any advice?
The link is http://www.y2ar.com.au/y2arhome.htm . The best bit is, this problem seems to happen when you are using XP but on a computer using vista, the problem is not there!
Please help.

Not sure how to fix that. My question is does that menu need to be flash. It can be replicated in html/css/javascript and will prevent the need for the flash plugin?

Hi daverage,
No I guess it doesn't. I come from a flash designer side of things and am just starting to learn the html/css/javascript side of things. Do you know of a good tute on that kind of menu?
Thanks for your effort.

Have a look at http://www.seoconsultants.com/css/menus/horizontal/ for an idea or two.
