I'm having issues with Internet Eplorer 6.
My computer seems to think that I'm using an earlier version of Internet Explorer, (although I'm using IE6) as I get a message whenever I sign in to hotmail saying that 'Web Browser Software limitations may limit your ability to use hotmail'. I don't know what's causing it, but it means that I can't use some sites properly (such as eBay's seller features not working properly), and that some sites won't work at all. The problem persists even when I install IE7, and also affects Firefox.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Forgot to mention that my operating system is Windows XP. Sorry.
