The poems are very nice.
The site is easy to navigate through which is good too.
The ads are a pain as it cuts out a lot of the screen and I am wondering what the marging down the right is for?
My personal opinion would be to NOT upgrade to any paying site until you get more work on there.
Your poems are very good but if you are going to upgrade then make sure you get a good amount of content on there first.
But definately try and get shot of that empty border of the right.

Will keep it a free sight until I have maxed out the space they give me, then will upgrade (with another company.)
Have now changed my site design, the trouble is that I used a template that time, and you could not customize it.
That has changed now, still keeping the simple theme.
See what you make of it now.

Still got that blank bit down one side mate.
The content itself is very nice and the navigation very easy wich is always a good thing.
It is just that now things seem to be all to one side.
Probably just my own preferences but things that are central generally look better but thats just a preference

I know it's the way tripod is! i tried many, many different templates and they all have this margin that is unusable down the side. I think I may try Geocities and see if they are better. I will leave it as is for the moment, and make another site on geocities then we can see which is the best.

Nice site and I like the poems. I didn't see any ads, probably because I'm using Firefox with Adblock Plus. I only got the margin down the right hand side if I closed my sidebar. I'm sure you'll make improvements, but you've got a good basis there.
