Hi all, Trying to find the information that was printed in an old back issue that explains how to put youtube video on to ipod. It was simply a case of copying and pasting the youtube URL but have no idea how it was done now.Seem to have taken the website out of favourites. HELP!!!!

Don't know if this is the same website, but a quick google and it seems to be good for information on how to do it. http://www.methodshop.com/gadgets/tutorials/youtuberip/

Funnily enough we have a feature covering this very topic - and other useful conversions - coming up in the next issue of Web User.
Without giving too much away (obviously we still want you to read it), you can convert YouTube videos for free at Vixy, simply by entering the URL of the clip, choosing an output format, and clicking Start.
There are lots more tips and ideas about converting files and web content into more useful and flexible formats in issue 163 (on sale Thursday 7th June!) but I won't spoil them all now .

I've been using vixi for some time now. It's good although have experienced a number of problems at various times, as it's a beta version I wondered if a few bugs need ironing out.
Looking forward to your feature on this next week now.
