I've just installed Vista and using MP11 and noticed that when i click on a link to show a movie, i.e. from the BBC news page, MP11 opens and shows as ready. Click on play and nothing happens. I have to download the movie in order to watch it.
Any ideas?

I tried installing some codecs for MP11, reboooted and opened a video link from the BBC site and worked ok. I tried another video clip site, again worked fine ao tried another link and the same problem happened, WMP says ready and a black screen.
I went back to the same video link on the BBC site and plays fine but when trying to view a different one I'm again unable to.
Can i uninstall WMP11 and install 10 as i never had any problems before?
