copying Jiles/ images etc
      #348446 - Fri May 18 2007 09:56 PM

Hi all ,
I have recently been given a MP3/4 player but have not got the knowledge how to transfer files/images etc from my PC to the player. I nave tried highlighting a image (as example) then copy it to the Drive the player is on but for some reason unable to paste it.
I would like to find a link that gives some intuition how to do this, I have seen in the Mag a workshop on this but failed to save it as I never had a MP3/4 player then.
Any help wil be appreciated Thank you.

What make is the player? Some players have special software to transfer stuff to them, others use WMP.

I have never heard of that make, but from the limited info found using Google, it appears that wmp is recommended to transfer stuff across.

If you plug it in and then open wmp, then click on the 'sync' tab, is the player listed there?

Evilmonkeyzz.
when I plug it in I just get a page with a Icon called Voice there is nothing more, I have tried all the options on the top task bar but found nothing anywhere to enable me to copy and paste a image, I have also tried opening my photo album again there is nothing to help. I think I made a mistake running the CD as it was for Win 98 but now I cannot find the file in add/remove so I can start again I cannot see it in Start/Programs either.
seems I got myself in a problem with this MPPlayer and now getting another one although its not the answer mt Grandaughter was here a few weeks ago and had a MP3 she just plug it in and downloaded a couple of songs just like that why I cannot do the same is annoying to say the least.but thankyou for your help.
Cheers
