I cannnot get into my ebay account..It tells me my password is invalid.On the same day this happened my email account password has been changed by someone too! How do i contact ebay to report this?. I cant log in to change password obviously, cant get into my email account to see of ebay have contacted me because I contacted them to report unauthorised use of my accountt account, cant pay fees and on it go's.Its a circular nightmare. When I contacted them I asked them to email me on another email addy I set up but they havent. Any suggestions? I have sold stuff that ended on the day that this all happened so there are some people who are wondering where their stuff is, like I said..suggestions? advice? many thanks

If your email account has been hijacked, this is the issue you need to clear up first, surely - eBay can't do anything about that and your emails to them will appear to be coming from someone else (hence you probably will not get a reply as they will assume you are the culprit). You need to contact your ISP or email provider first and once that is sorted, then you can sort out eBay.

did you find anything out about this? Did anything else happen at all? The same happened to me and i cannot get anyone either at ebay or hotmail to reply to my many emails.
