Hi all . Hope someone can help me again please ? i am trying to capture a screenshot from a dvd playing in windows media player . i have tried the print screen method and also "ctrl + i" . neither has worked for me .if anyone knows how to do this ? i would really appreciate the help . thanks

All screen capture software have the same problem. Control Panel | Display | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot set the slider to None WMPlayer and RealPlayer use hardware acceleration for some media files. If you disable Hardware acceleration they may not work properly so after completion of your tasks reset Hardware acceleration.
