hi i am selling something on e-bay at buy it now or make a offer someone sent me a offer and i declined by mistake now i cant get in touch with them is there a way round this

Only way round is to contact them via Contact Member, which will appear when you click on their screen name, and ask them to resubmit the offer, apologising for making the error. Hopefully they will then get back in touch, if not, let it go and another one will be along shortly.

You should be able access bidders on your sales IF you are the seller. In addition anyone can contact anyone else on eBay if you have the screen name and sign in, use Search to find the member and then Contact Member to send a message.
