Sometimes when one edits a Word document a tiny rectangle outlined in blue appears under a word that has been changed, or when one is doing 'cut and paste' an icon appears where the cutting and pasting is being done.
Does anyone know if there is any way of stopping the rectangle (what does it mean, anyway?) and also the cut and paste icon.
Thanks Fusion. Yes I did mean "Smart Tags" although I didn't know then what they were called. I find them a bit irritating sometimes when "nanny Microsoft" keeps butting in.
