Downloading Problems

Whenever I click on the 'Run' or 'Save' buttons on the download menu thing, it stops then a message comes up saying...

"Internet Explorer cannot download ...nline_Installer_092906.exe from software-files.download.com
The connection with the server was reset"

What does this mean and how can I download something without it stopping?

Try using a Download Manager and see if that solves your problem. I use Free Download Manager and it works well for me in both IE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.3.
