This is an out-of-cycle update. You'll either get it if you've got Automatic Updates enabled or otherwise visit the Windows/Microsoft Update site to get it - it's KB925902. MS don't often issue patches not on 'Patch Tuesday', so this is an important one!

I was quite surprised to see an update ready to install in my system tray so early in the month.
