Erm, no. Sorry.
It's been determined that anyone who does use the various software notified in this thread, and others like it, on a frequent basis will be aware of the importance of checking for updates regularly.
Those who don't use the various applications would, by definition, not care about such updates. Therefore threads of this nature are not as vital as to warrant being made stickies.

Ad-Aware SE Has had an update has gone to 1.06 R1 4.63 MB download, nearly double the 1.06 versions size
Came with Reference Number : SE1R164 02.04.2007
Internal build : 204

Are you sure that this is a change? My Ad-Aware SE has shown Build 1.06r1 for ages now. There isn't anything about this on the Lavasoft Support Forums.

I know, I looked on File Hippo, but mine's been Build 1.06r1 for as long as I can remember, at least a couple of years. When I got the update to SE1R164, it didn't take any longer than usual either. I can't puzzle it out, it just doesn't make sense!

It clearly makes sense, in that you don't rely on 3rd party sites telling you about other software updates.

True enough, apart from the usual definitions updates, no other updates to the program have been notified to me. I always use the "Check for updates now" facility in Ad-Aware SE. Anyway, it's obvious from previous posts here that I've got the latest version, not counting the beta Ad-Aware 2007 that is. It's odd that File Hippo is claiming that Build 1.06r1 is new, or do they just mean the recent update to Definitions file SE1R164?
