I've been using UKeg.com for a couple of years for domain registration and up till recently their service is pretty good - giving complete control over your domains with no extra charges, except for transferring to them.
I want to transfer 3 domains from GoDaddy to them and they have started the procedure and taken the transfer money, but that was on the 10th March. Since then nothing. Any attempt to do anything like configure in my control panel with UKreg.com returns a error saying domain not registered with OpenSRS. I have the authorisation codes, but I believe UKreg.com needs these code for the next stage. And they're just not asking for them.
So I'm just wondering if anyone else is having problems with them or can suggest anything about their 'silence'.
